What are my delivery options?

REVYV Members automatically receive free standard delivery for every order - just sign in to your account before checking out.


During checkout, REVYV Members and guests can choose their preferred delivery option - we'll provide an estimated delivery date based on your selection and address. We offer the following delivery options:


Standard Delivery
  • £4.50 for guest orders, free for orders over £50
  • Delivers within 2-5 days
  • Free for REVYV Members
Next-day Delivery
  • £7-11 dependent on postcode
  • Available before 12pm, Monday-Friday

Please note, Next-day Delivery may not be available for orders with remote delivery addresses - please get in touch with us any queries.

How do I get free delivery on Revyv orders?

REVYV Members get FREE delivery with every order. Every time.


If you're not already a member, sign up for an account and 


Revyv today for free. Sign in to your Member profile when you shop on Revyv.co.uk and we'll automatically apply free standard delivery at checkout on every order (no promo code required).

If you'd prefer to shop as a guest, standard delivery is free for orders that meet a minimum order total. Please refer to our delivery options for additional information.

What is your returns policy?

Customers can return their item/s for 30 days 


Item/s can be returned for up to 30 days, simply use the returns form here. If you have a REVYV Membership, simply use the free returns portal via your account within 60 days of receiving your order.

When will I receive my refund?

We'll process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method, within 2-5 working days of receiving the return item/s.


Depending on your payment method, it may take extra time for your funds to be available:


  • Credit and debit cards: depending on your bank or financial institution's policies, it may take up to nine additional days for funds to be available
  • REVYV Gift cards: funds are usually available within 24 hours after being issued
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: funds may take up to nine additiomnal days to be available
  • PayPal: funds may take up to eight additional days to be available
  • Klarna: if you paid with Klarna, they'll issue your refund

Returns policy exceptions

There are certain products that, for the safety of our staff and customers, cannot be returned, including, but not limited to:
  • custom, personalised or otherwise bespoke items;
  • products that deteriorate or expire quickly;
  • products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons if you have unsealed them;
  • any computer games, CD or DVD software where the seal has been broken;

unless they are faulty, were damaged in transit or were sent in error.

The most accurate and current information for your Revyv order can be found under the Orders tab in your account.


If your order has been dispatched, you can use the parcels tracking reference for the latest shipping status. Please note, some services won't show full or any tracking until delivery has been attempted, and it may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to activate. If you have any queries or issues with your tracking reference, please get in touch with us.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

No, our team move quickly to process and deliver your order as soon as possible, and that means we cannot change your order or your chosen delivery address.


However, if your order has already been dispatched, you may contact the carrier directly to arrange an alternative address or choose a local delivery office for collection. 

What should I do if my order has been marked as delivered but I didn't receive it?

Unfortunately, carrier-tracking information can occasionally update prematurely, and appear as delivered before the estimated delivery date. If this has happened with your order, carriers advise that in most cases the item will be delivered within the next 24 hours.


If longer than that has passed, please get in touch with us or with the carrier directly for further information.

Why is my order delayed?

We do our absolute best to deliver your order as fast as we can, but at times, such as holidays & festive periods, it may take us longer than usual to process your order. Once your item has been dispatched, your delivery could be delayed by circumstances like severe weather conditions, an incomplete delivery address or regional service delays.
